Associate Membership

Online registration for this membership opens 1/19/2026.

The Associate Membership includes any two 12-week courses or the equivalent combination of shorter courses during one semester.  The associate membership also includes physical access to the university library system and the opportunity to participate in field trips and cultural events.

The summer and winter intersession classes are not included; these are offered separately.

Note: JHU retirees and spouses may be eligible for tuition remission, but cannot register online. To obtain tuition remission, please download the remission form: Tuition Assistance for Spouses and Domestic Partners - JHU Human Resources. JHU retirees receive a 50% discount and retirees receive a 25% discount. The spouse may register even if the JHU retiree does not. Submit the remission form along with the Osher at JHU registration form and payment. Mail it to: Osher at JHU, 325 Ellington Blvd. #209, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
